Within the grounds there is a large swimming pool and courtyard area featuring an antique fountain and a large barn, which is converted into comfortable apartments for guests and outbuildings, with views of the Pyrenean mountains across the horizon. Purpose built areas for playing which are beautiful, tasteful and discrete and a standard of cuisine that's excellent. |

| Inside the house there are several large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a huge glazed communal dining area; beneath the wooden oak beams of an old barn there is a Pleasure Zone consisting of large adult play mattress with sling and huge mirror, sexy Loving Angles chairs, Home Cinema and dance area with ample seating for 20+ people; and adjacent to this the Relaxation center situated in a large glass conservatory with a Jacuzzi and sauna. |
